Active: 2022-present | Known for: Midwest Best Series competition and Mt. Hood park skiing | Disciplines: freestyle skiing, park skiing
Owen Goebel is an American freestyle skier whose documented competition record is connected to the Midwest. During the 2022/23 season, he competed in the USASA Midwest Best Series in the men's Open Class. The season statistics place him among the higher-ranked Open Class skiers from the regional USASA system, with multiple victories and podium finishes recorded across the winter.
Goebel later appeared far from the Midwest in the spring ski scene at Mt. Hood. In September 2025, 2025 Mixtape Vol.1: Mt.Hood listed him among a large group of riders from the spring pass sessions. The roster also included Quinn Noyes, Aiden Lofgren, Finnley Halvorson, Andy Parry, Kian Barrett, Faelan Coldwater and Caden Boutwell, placing Goebel inside a broader independent park and filming scene.
His public ski record currently remains limited beyond those competition and video references. No World Cup, Nor-Am, X Games or Dew Tour start was found, and no feature-film project with a defined production role could be reliably attributed to him. His profile is therefore best documented as a Midwest competition skier who later appeared in Mt. Hood park footage rather than as an international contest athlete or established film rider.
