Hometown: Varberg, Sweden | Born: 2001 | Active: 2017-present | Known for: Swedish street and park skiing, Polar Circle, Surface Skis films | Current: skier and video producer

Storm clouds sit over Gran Masta Park in Switzerland in 2023 as Ruben Källner Boman joins a European Surface crew on the Adelboden snow. The skiing moves through rails and park features with Mainio Ormio, Harald Hellström, Jacques Summermatter, Felix Högland, Simon Geminiani and Mario Grob. Arttu Heikkinen filmed and edited the session. It was one part of a period in which Källner Boman's skiing increasingly appeared through crews and camera projects, a path that had started alongside Sweden's competitive freeski system several years earlier.

Malung 2017: Sälens IF meets Kimbo

In 2017, the Swedish Ski Association's RIG intake placed Källner Boman at RIG Malung alongside Lucas Söderberg, John Selvin, Victor Axelsson and Sverre Lindell. He was then representing Sälens IF. That May he was also present at Kimbo Sessions at Kläppen, where skiers moved through a purpose-built spring park and shared lines rather than following a conventional contest structure.

Kläppen 2019: Sweden's junior freeski squad

Two years later, Källner Boman was selected for Sweden's men's junior freeski squad with Martin Nordqvist, Isak Stenberg, Lucas Söderberg, Melvin Morén and Axel Burmansson. The Swedish federation still listed him with Sälens IF. Kläppen hosted the team in April, keeping him inside the competitive park environment at the same time that Swedish street crews and independent filming were becoming another visible part of his skiing.

Riksgränsen 2021: Adam Falk's Polar Circle

Källner Boman appears in Polar Circle, Adam Falk's 2021 film for Peak Performance Productions AB. The project uses Riksgränsen in northern Sweden as its setting and Kristofer Turdell as narrator, connecting the resort's history with the freeride community around it. Its skier group includes Lucas Stål Madison, Hedvig Wessel, Henrik Windstedt, Reine Barkered, Nils Wersén and Max Palm alongside Källner Boman. The Arctic setting is built around frozen snow, polar light and the end-of-season gathering at Riksgränsen.

Surface 2023: Tyndall Wells circles World Lap

Surface Skis placed Källner Boman in another international crew in 2023. WORLD LAP was directed by Tyndall Wells and featured Joe Blount, Jacques Summermatter, Harald Hellström, Mainio Ormio, Simon Geminiani and Albie Bigler. The ten-minute project moved through powder terrain in Japan and Georgia before reaching the Buldoz Invitational at Gran Masta Park in Adelboden, putting Källner Boman into the European park portion of a film that mixed freeride snow with rails.

Varberg 2025: skiing meets video production

In June 2025, a sole proprietorship registered under Källner Boman's name added a formal production component to the path visible in his ski projects. Its registered activities include film, video and television programme production, alongside literary and musical creation. The business is registered in Varberg, linking his work outside the snow to the moving-image side of the ski culture in which he had already appeared through Peak Performance and Surface productions.
