Reggie Hicks

Active: 2022-present | Known for: USASA rail jam and slopestyle competition | Current: Carrabassett Valley Academy freeski athlete | Disciplines: slopestyle, rail jam

Reggie Hicks is an American freestyle skier developing through Carrabassett Valley Academy in Maine. During the 2022/23 winter, his competition record included fourth place in a Sunday River rail jam, third in slopestyle at Sunday River and another third-place slopestyle result at Lost Valley. His training also extended beyond Maine through camps at Copper Mountain and regular sessions at Maximise, combining snow training with five-day-a-week dryland programmes during the fall and spring.

By the 2024/25 season, the National Brotherhood of Snowsports listed Hicks as a U16 freestyle/freeski athlete in its Eastern Region, affiliated with Sno-Burners and training through Carrabassett Valley Academy. NBS recorded eleven years of skiing and seven years of competition, with Hicks identifying the X Games as a long-term goal. He had also qualified with CVA for the 2024 USASA National Championships at Copper Mountain.

Hicks continued producing regional results during the 2025/26 winter. At Lost Valley, he finished second in the open freeski class, then won the open class at a Sunday River USASA rail jam. A March 2026 Carrabassett Valley Academy season update also recorded him among the leading athletes at the Saddleback Maine Mountain Series slopestyle. His current record remains centred on rails and slopestyle within the U.S. development pathway rather than World Cup competition.
