Mateo Lepic

Born: 2004 | Active: 2014-present | Known for: Pyrenean ski background and creative grass skiing | Club: Avalanche

Mateo Lepic is a French skier born in 2004 with a long competitive background in the Pyrenees. Official Fédération Française de Ski results list him with the Avalanche club from his U12 years. He continued appearing in regional alpine competition through his teenage seasons, including U21 racing in 2023.

Lepic's early results include a second-place U12 finish at Cauterets in 2016 and a podium in the Challenge Knobel at Luz-Ardiden in 2018. Those records place him firmly inside the Hautes-Pyrénées ski environment, where racing and technical alpine skiing formed the base of his development.

His more recent public ski profile has moved beyond traditional gates. Teton Gravity Research featured Lepic in 2025 for turning a grass slope into a ski feature during the off-season. The clip highlights a more playful, creative side of his skiing, but no World Cup freeski start, major invitational result or qualifying ski-film project has been found under his name.
